All Domestic US shipping is by UPS or USPS. All orders are shipped from Los Angeles, California.

Job Listing – Ecommerce Coordinator
Responsibilities:
- Maintain, update, modify, and edit products in Shopify including product images, weights, categories, vendors, specifications, and inventory.
- Assist in preparing products to go live on the site twice monthly, including writing product descriptions, uploading imagery, crafting alt text, meta descriptions, tagging appropriately, etc.
- Thorough QA for all products prior to live date, ensuring all product pages are proofread, previewed, and functioning properly.
- Maintain product collections to ensure accuracy across all categories
- Troubleshoot any issues pertaining to the site with relation to pricing, imagery, content, etc.
- Photoshop imagery as needed for consistent site photography
- Maintain assets in Dropbox for all product photography including accurate file structure and naming (by SKU).
- Assist in the maintenance of the photo shot list for product and lifestyle imagery, ensuring product is pulled and available for product photoshoots and update status once photographed and online.
- Manage product photography shoots weekly including vintage photoshoots and relevant information (measurements, materials and product information)
- Merchandise product across all collections weekly based on weekly analytics (top/bottom sellers, search results, etc.)
- Maintain color asset library, adding new assets as needed.
- Monitor products in shopify, removing and deleting one-off items as sold.
- Maintain and support online pillow uploading and accuracy.
Qualifications:
- 1+ year experience website and digital marketing.
- Must be proficient in Shopify and Google Analytics.
- Extremely detail oriented and highly organized
- Photoshop experience
- Self-starter with excellent writing skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS & Javascript.
- Basic knowledge of Netsuite a plus but not required
- Articulate and ambitious, able to multi-task and manage competing priorities
- Must have a strategic mindset and analytical experience.
- Excellent problem solver

Designer
To support and lead a design team in creating functionally beautiful spaces for residential and commercial clients while keeping within the Amber Interiors aesthetic.
Responsibilities:
- Work on projects from all phases of design through installment, including but not limited to: CAD drawings, model creation/rendering, sourcing, project management, site visits and project installations.
- Create and present presentation boards to include CAD drawings, mood boards, FF&E, surface materials, color palettes, and lighting.
- Ability to create, review and approve construction documents, including conceptual space plans, furniture plans, RCP plans, demo plans, cabinetry shop drawings, and assess the documents for final approval and/or modifications.
- Be present and/or lead onsite meetings with clients, construction team and subs by reviewing project progress and schedule, answering construction based questions and keeping clients aware of updates, changes and approvals throughout project timeline.
- Provide design support and administration during all phases of completion and execution of design concepts and projects.

Qualifications:

- Detailed knowledge of finishes, materials, and standard specification and terminology for design related items. Practical knowledge of design styles and eras.

- Strong communication skills, including being able to lead in person and/or conference call meetings, write thorough and organized emails for vendors, clients and team.

Junior Designer
To support and participate with a design team in creating functionally beautiful spaces for residential
and commercial clients while keeping within the Amber Interiors aesthetic.

- Create schedules, place orders and keep track in an efficient and organized manner for all items related to a project, including tile/plumbing, appliances, hardware, lighting, furniture and rugs.

mood boards, FF&E, surface materials, color palettes, and lighting. - Work directly with vendors and subs (in person, via email/phone) on any needs related to a project, including technical details on items like lighting or appliances, to custom furniture

Full-Time & Part-Time Sales Associate – Marin
To support the store sales floor and daily sales activities while using excellent customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Support Store Manager in daily sales activities.
- Greeting customers and help guide them through the store and determine specific needs while provide excellent customer service.
- Provide accurate product information.
- Keeping the sales floor clean/organized, well merchandised and stocked.
- Ring sales and understand the POS system and its functions.
- Increase customer base by proactively reaching out to customers when new items arrive and adding all new contacts/customers to contact list.
- Support and coordinate stock checks as needed
- Provide product feedback to store manager and buyer.
- Understand and know all operational procedures to properly execute daily operations.
- Support Store Manager with all daily operational procedures.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of retail experience preferably in home decor or interiors.
- Ability to work weekends.
