All Domestic US shipping is by UPS or USPS. All orders are shipped from Los Angeles, California.
Orders with in stock inventory will be fulfilled within 3-5 business days (excluding holidays). Please note your order may encounter delays once shipped with UPS due to COVID-19, increased shipping volume or inclement weather which is out of our control. Please note shipping rates are calculated based on the original retail price/full order value.

At this time we do not offer shipping outside of the US and Canada. To arrange international delivery, we recommend using a freight forwarding company that will ship to your country. Please note customers are responsible for all import taxes, duties, carrier fees and customs declarations.
Local furniture delivery is available within the Los Angeles area. This service is available in a 50 mile radius from Los Angeles zip code 90048 incurring a flat rate of $150. To determine eligibility, simply select L.A. Furniture Delivery at checkout and enter your postal code.
In-store pickup is available for a majority of our items and is dependent upon stock availability. If an item is unavailable at your selected store, please note the item must be removed in order to proceed with checkout for store pick up. Unfortunately at this time we are not able to offer store pick-up and online fulfillment in a single order. Should your order contain items such as large furniture pieces, artwork, or select lighting, please proceed with shipping as your delivery method.
Domestic Freight Shipments
Standard freight shipments are not able to ship to Hawaii. Please call for a quote to ship to Hawaii. Additional shipping charges may occur when shipping freight items to the following states: MT, WY, ND, SD, NE, MA & KS. These charges are applied at checkout.
Custom Furniture and Oversized Items
Made by Shoppe (custom) furniture and oversized items will be shipped via freight carriers which have extended processing and delivery times. The quoted lead time for custom furniture reflects the production and processing time of the item before it leaves our warehouse in Los Angeles. Once the item has reached our warehouse, the item will ship within 1-3 weeks.
Once your order has been processed, you will receive an email regarding your shipment and carrier. Most carriers schedule deliveries Monday through Friday between 9-5pm. Rural areas may have reduced delivery windows due to limited routes and may take longer than usual. Your freight carrier will contact you within 1-2 days of delivery to finalize delivery, typically with a 4-hour window.
Please note that if your order contains multiple made-to-order/custom items with varying lead times, delivery will be consolidated into one shipment with the latest quoted lead time. Should you prefer to receive your items in separate shipments, please note this will incur an additional delivery fee. Please contact us for a quote at email@example.com. Select custom furniture is delivered via white glove delivery service which includes a two-man delivery team, in-home placement in the room of your choosing, and removal of any packaging. Please note, our white glove delivery service does not include the removal of any existing furniture. Please ensure the space is prepped for placement of your order prior to delivery.
It is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure that the finished product will fit inside entry points upon delivery of the item. Shoppe Amber Interiors will not be held responsible if the piece does not fit into the buyer’s home. If this situation occurs, customers are subject to a 20% restocking fee for the returned item pending approval from Shoppe Amber Interiors, in addition to any return shipping costs. All custom furniture is final sale and not eligible for return. Made-to-order cushions may ship separately.
Shoppe does not have an in-house delivery service. All shipments and deliveries are carried out via third party delivery companies.
We ask that you inspect your items upon delivery and provide a signature upon receipt. Shoppe will not be held responsible for any damages after the item(s) have left our showroom/warehouse. It is the responsibility of the recipient to inspect all items before signing the bill of lading or allowing the driver to leave. Should any transit damage be discovered please contact us immediately and notate in thorough detail on the bill of lading. Should you discover any damage after the delivery has been accepted without notating on the bill of lading we will not be able to file a damage claim with the appropriate company. Shoppe will happily accept responsibility for defective or damaged products if it is determined to be a manufacturing issue.
All fabric swatches, wood samples, and wallpaper swatches ship via USPS.
We update our website with estimated shipping time frames as often as possible. Please note that all lead times are approximate and are subject to change. Should this occur, you will be notified of changes to the item(s) in your order. Lead times are strictly quoted as production time only and do not include transit time. Please allow an additional 1-3 weeks for delivery. If multiple items are ordered together, the full order will ship once all items are completed. To check on the status of your order at any time, simply log into your account.
Back Ordered Items
In stock items ship within 2-3 weeks. If an item is backordered, the estimated date of restock will display per item under the 'add to cart' button. Please make your selection for estimated lead time. If no backorder date appears, the item is in stock.
