General Domestic Shipping

All Domestic US shipping is by UPS or USPS. All orders are shipped from Los Angeles CA.

Instock orders will be shipped 3-5 days after your order has been placed, unless noted otherwise. For large pieces or items with a lead time, please allow 48-72 hours for an estimated shipping date to reflect in your account.

Expedited Shipping

We now offer expedited shipping for Domestic Shipping within the 48 contiguous states. By choosing expedited shipping your in stock orders will arrive within 2 days if placed by 11am PT Monday through Friday. If ordered after 11am PT, orders will ship the next day and take 2 days for delivery. Oversized or furniture items, White Glove Delivery, or To Door service items are not included in expedited delivery. We are not responsible for delays due to weather, carrier delays due to work stoppage or and other circumstance out of our control.

Canada Shipping

All of our items ship from within the United States. Shipping rates to Canada are shown in US dollars and based on Ground Delivery. We are currently unable to ship large furniture pieces, mirrors, or lighting at this time. Customers are responsible for all import taxes, duties, carrier fees and customs declarations. Expedited shipping is not available to Canada. Please email us  for any additional assistance.

International Shipping

If you are outside of the US and Canada but would like to place an order, please email us for a formal quote. International shipping rates will vary from country to country. At this time we are unable to ship large furniture pieces internationally. We recommend using a freight forwarder that will ship to your country. For all orders outside of the US, please email us for a shipping quote.

Local Delivery & In-Store Pickup

Los Angeles local delivery option as well as in-store pickup is available for a majority of our items. Artwork as well as some large furniture pieces may not be eligible for in-store pickup or local delivery. Local is considered 50 miles from Los Angeles zip code 90048. This is charged at a $150 flat rate. All orders shipping within the state of California are subject to 9% sales tax

Large Furniture

Important information about large furniture pieces. Our third-party freight company will be adhering to COVID-19 safety standards and offering “To Your Door” service. This means, your piece can be delivered to the main entrance, porch, garage or driveway. If you are unable to receive 'To the Door' delivery at this time, please email us at support@shoppeamberinteriors.com and we can help you out.

Made by Shoppe furniture items will be shipped via White Glove Delivery. This price is usually calculated in your cart at checkout. Freight charges may vary due to the size of the item and location it is being shipped to. 

It is up to the buyer to ensure that the finished product will fit inside entry points upon delivery of the item. Shoppe Amber Interiors will not be held responsible if the piece does not fit into the buyer’s home.

Standard freight shipments are not able to ship to Hawaii or overseas. Please note, additional shipping charges will occur when shipping freight items to the following states: MT, WY, ND, SD, NE, KS, & HI. You will receive a separate invoice from a representative of these charges. Please contact us for any questions regarding this.

Furniture Delivery

Shoppe does not have an in-house delivery service. All shipments and deliveries are done via third party companies. We will not be held liable for any damages after product has left our warehouse. Any transit damage discovered after the fact and not noted in writing on the bill of lading will preclude a damage claim with the appropriate company. It is the responsibility of the receiver to inspect all items before signing off on the BOL or allowing the driver to leave. If your order arrives in such a condition, please contact us immediately. Shoppe will accept responsibility for defective or damaged product if determined to be a manufacturing or quality issue.

Lead Times

We update our website with the estimated shipping time frames as often as possible. Do to the high demand on our products and in the event of an unforeseen delay with production, the estimated lead time is subject to change. Should this occur, you will be notified of changes to the item(s) in your order. Please note, lead times do not include shipping times.

Returns & Exchanges

If for some reason your purchase doesn’t work out, we accept returns within 7 days for exchange or refund. Items must be postmarked by the the 7th day. Please contact us  for any questions, are are in need of a return authorization form. 

All items must be unused and in new condition with any tags still attached. Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered may not be accepted and sent back to the customer. 

Any custom orders, flash sale items, all furniture, artwork, books, lighting, apothecary and sale items are final sale.

 All shipping charges are non-refundable and all return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. We recommend all returns be sent insured and with tracking as we cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged products. Please allow 7 days for your return to be processed.

General

Discount codes cannot be used on sale, gift boxes, as well as some lighting and furniture pieces. Discount codes cannot be combined with other discount code and they can only be used at time of checkout.

Gift cards can be purchased here. Gift cards are delivered by email and contain instructions to redeem them at checkout.

Please note, some of our products are vintage items. This makes them one of a kind and slightly imperfect, just how we like it! Our vintage items are thoroughly inspected and meet our high quality standards. Condition is already reflected in price. 

Care Instructions

Most of our items are dry clean only, unless otherwise stated on product page. For our larger upholstered items, we recommend professional cleaner only.

FAQ's

When will my order ship? Orders will ship within 24-48 hours after the order has been placed. Larger freight items may take additional time. You will receive tracking as soon as it's been shipped.

Can I modify or add items to an order that has been placed? If we have not shipped your original order out, please place an additional order so that we can combine both shipments.
Do you gift wrap? Yes, just send an email to support@shoppeamberinteriors.com if you would like your order gift wrapped.
Can I return an item that has been purchased online, in-store?

At this time we are unable to process online returns, in-store. There will be about a 2-3 day delay in return processing when bringing an online return in the shop.

How do I create a gift registry? You can create a registry here! You will be required to create a Shoppe account when creating a Registry account.
How do I find a gift registry? Gift Registries can be found here.
Can I edit my gift registry at any time? Yes, you can edit your registry at any time or date!
When does my gift registry expire? Registries expire the day after the event. 
Can I choose pillows for my gift registry? Yes! However, we cannot guarantee how long an item will remain available for purchase. Most of our pillows are one of a kind and made with vintage textiles so we typically do not have multiples in stock. This same rule applies to rugs and other vintage items.  
What does COM & COL mean? Customer Own Material (COM) - We offer a COM option for certain products. This allows you to custom tailor certain Shoppe furniture with your own fabrics. Prices do not include fabric.
Customer Own Leather (COL) - We offer a COL option for certain products. This allows you to custom tailor certain Shoppe furniture with your own leather. Prices do not include leather.
