All Domestic US shipping is by UPS or USPS. All orders are shipped from Los Angeles, California.

Job Listing – Assistant Buyer


  • Responsible for all product SKU creation including, but not limited to all wholesale, vintage, and Made by Shoppe line inventory items within ERP system, Netsuite.
  • Support all data entry for the buying department including order entry, SKU creation, and inventory updates.
  • Responsible for all SKU updates and modifications as those come in from 3rd party vendors, buying, product and production teams.
  • Work with the team on all line sheet creation and product education as well as ETAs, SKUs, product quantities, etc.
  • Enter purchase orders placed by the buying team and support order confirmation outreach as well as update order ETA in Netsuite.
  • Create new vendor profiles within the ERP system, NetSuite.
  • Facilitate in product inventory photography process by way of updating the weekly shot list for the photography team based on inventory arrivals. Update images in Netsuite with final product photos.
  • Support the Buying and Planning team on inventory needs and re-orders as they come up.
  • Manage weekly lead time updates for all drop ship product as well as updating lead times for made to order items as needed.
  • Create all-new vendor and product profiles for internal education
  • Working in conjunction with the warehouse and product photography team to ensure all vintage pillows are named, photographed, and uploaded accurately.
  • Working with the eCommerce team to ensure that the backend and frontend of programs are in alignment, creating an exceptional shopping experience for the customer.
  • Any and all administrative tasks handed down by the Planning and Buying team.

  • 1-2 years of experience preferably in home decor or interiors. Knowledge of Netsuite and Shopify is a plus.
  • Experience working in an ERP system.
  • Must have strong knowledge and experience in Excel. Must know how to VLOOKUP, CONCATENATE and have more than basic excel knowledge.
  • Experience in photoshop or Creative Cloud is a plus.
  • Have a strong understanding of merchandising and buying.
  • GREAT communication skills both verbal and written.
  • Be a team player.
  • Have exceptional time management skills.
