Curbside Pickup & COVID-19 Updates

We’re slowly beginning to reopen our Shoppes and we can’t wait to see you all in real life. Beginning Tuesday, May 26, we’re offering curbside pick-up at our Calabasas and Pacific Palisades locations!

How Curbside Pick Up Works
For Calabasas curbside pick up, either place your order online, call us at 747-226-3898, or email us at shoppe@shoppeamberinteriors.com.
  • If you place your order online, select ‘Calabasas Store Pickup’ as your delivery option prior to checkout.
  • You will then select a date for desired pick up. Please note, your order will be ready 48 hours after you place your order.
  • Once your order is ready, you’ll receive an email notification.
  • When you arrive at our Calabasas location, call us at 747-226-3898 and provide us with your name and order number.
  • Our team will bring out your order from our side door (not the back!) and can load small items directly into vehicles and trunks if space allows. 
  • For Pacific Palisades curbside pick up, call us at 310-230-1106 or email us at shoppe@shoppeamberinteriors.com to order. Larger furniture items are not available for curbside pick up at this time. Please contact us at 747-226-3898 to arrange delivery.

  • Our Protocols

    To support the well-being of our teams and customers, we’re taking the following precautions. 

  • Increased sanitization throughout our stores — Our teams will remain vigilant in keeping our stores disinfected and will wash their hands frequently throughout the day.
  • Face Coverings and Gloves— All employees are required to wear face coverings at all times and are also required to wear gloves during curbside pick up transactions. We respectfully ask our customers to join us in wearing face coverings during curbside pick up transactions. 
  • Cashless Transactions — All orders must be paid online prior to curbside pick ups. 
  • Social Distancing — We respectfully ask that our employees and customers remain at least 6 feet apart at all times.
  • Memos — We are not offering memos at this time. We’ll let you know as soon as it’s safe to do so!
  • Returns — At this time, we are only accepting returns at our Calabasas location. Please contact us directly with any questions about in-store returns. 
  • Wellness Checks — Our employees will take their temperatures each day prior to entering our stores. If you are feeling under the weather, we kindly ask that that you hold on your curbside pick up. We will gladly hold the items for you until you’re feeling better!

    Frequently Asked Questions

    When will my order ship?

    We are currently shipping items within 2 weeks of the purchase date. Once the order has been processed, each customer will receive an email with tracking information. It's our biggest priority to keep our small team working safely to fulfill orders and we are continually grateful for your patience and support during this time!
    How long does it take to process a return at this time? All returns are processed and refunded within 14 days of arriving at our facility.
    Will there be any changes to how I receive my furniture shipment?

    Our third-party freight company will be adhering to COVID-19 safety standards and offering “To Your Door” service. This means, your piece can be delivered to the main entrance, porch, garage or driveway. If you are unable to receive 'To the Door' delivery at this time, please email us at support@shoppeamberinteriors.com and we can help you out.

    What is the current lead time for my furniture order?

    We are currently running a few weeks behind our standard lead times for a majority of our Made by Shoppe pieces, which are handmade in Los Angeles. As soon as we receive updates from our workrooms on production timelines, we will be reaching out to each customer with a more accurate estimated completion date.
