Description

The Chautauqua Bench has an upholstered top cushion and brass base hand finished with a custom patina. This is a living finish which will allow it to age and build character over time. Designed by us and hand made right here in Los Angeles.

Production Lead Time

This item is made to order and ships in 8-10 weeks. Please allow an additional 1-2 weeks for delivery.

Backordered Fabric Due to high demand our Bone Boucle is backordered till early December. Moss, Fog & Haze fabric is backordered until mid October to early November. Sand is backordered to mid November. Production on your piece will not start until fabric is in-house.

Made by Shoppe Order Agreement Form

This is a confirmation on your order for a made to order item from our Made by Shoppe line. Please review the following order acknowledgement as it will serve as a final confirmation for your product order. All made to order line furniture is final sale once the order has been placed into production. There will be a 24hr grace period from the time your order is placed until an order is put through to production, should you wish to cancel. You will need to notify orders@shoppeamberinteriors.com for any cancellations.

All lead times are approximate and are subject to change. Lead times are strictly quoted as production lead times and do not include transit time, which will be provided upon completion of the order.

We personally inspect every item to ensure that it meets our quality standards before it leaves the warehouse. Shoppe does not have an in house delivery service, therefore all shipments are made via third party companies. Shoppe will not be held responsible for any damages after product has left our showroom/warehouse. Any transit damage discovered after the fact and not noted in writing on the bill of lading, will preclude a damage claim with the appropriate company. It is responsibility of the receiver to inspect all items before signing off on the bill of lading or allowing the driver to leave. If your order arrives in such a condition, please contact us and let us know immediately.

Shoppe will accept responsibility for defective or damaged product if determined to be a manufacturing issue.
