All Domestic US shipping is by UPS or USPS. All orders are shipped from Los Angeles, California.

Orders with in stock inventory will be fulfilled within 5-7 business days (excluding holidays). Please note your order may encounter delays once shipped with UPS due to COVID-19, increased shipping volume or inclement weather which is out of our control.

How It Works

1. Choose Your Plan

Simply select Protect Your Purchase on any eligible product pages and choose the protection plan that fits your needs. We offer multiple coverage plans that protect your purchase against stains, dents, malfunctions and more.

2. Add to Cart

Add the protection plan to your cart along with your item and checkout as usual. You'll be automatically registered with our partner Mulberry as soon as you purchase a protection plan.

3. You're Covered

Post purchase, you'll receive an email from Mulberry where you can activate your account. Within the Mulberry dashboard you'll be able to view your plan details and full contract terms, and file a claim as needed.

What is Shoppe Care?

We know that accidents happen, so you can rest easy knowing your purchase is protected. The Shoppe Care protection plan is a limited warranty coverage for your purchase. This product coverage plan includes most furniture pieces, rugs, lighting, rugs and more.

How do I add a protection plan to my purchase?

Items that are eligible for a Shoppe Care protection plan will have a button above 'add to cart' where you can purchase a protection plan. Simply click 'protect your purchase' from the product page and select the protection plan you'd like for your item. You'll then see the plan as a line item in your shopping cart.

What does the Shoppe Care protection plan cover?

On eligible products, the Shoppe Care protection plan covers everything from stains & spills, to accidental rips & tears, seam separation, damage from liquid marks & rings, chipped, dented & scratched surfaces, burn & heat marks as well as defects & malfunctions.

What is Mulberry?

Mulberry is the people-first platform for product protection - they work with us to provide you with extended coverage on the products you purchase from our site. Along with comprehensive coverage for your products, Mulberry also offers the following:

  • Hassle-free online claims
  • No deductibles or hidden fees

Just add a protection plan to your cart and checkout. After you purchase coverage, you’ll receive a welcome email from Mulberry prompting you to activate your account. Activating your account will give you access to your dedicated warranty dashboard where you’ll be able to view your plan details and full contract terms, and file a claim as needed.

Can I purchase a protection plan after I receive my item?

Yes, you have 15 days after delivery to decide if you would like to add Shoppe Care protection coverage to your purchase.

How do I file a claim?

Mulberry makes it easy to file a claim online through their customer dashboard, no receipts needed! You can also contact their customer support team 24/7 at support@getmulberry.com, or by calling (917) 994-6394.

Will I need to pay a deductible?

You’ll never have to pay any fees or deductibles when you file a claim. 

What happens if I return my item?

Each protection plan is tied to the specific product with which it was purchased. This means when you return or exchange your product, you will also need to cancel the warranty with Mulberry (and purchase a new plan if you prefer). If you cancel your warranty within our 14-day return window, you will receive a 100% refund for your protection plan, minus any claims paid. For returns outside of the return window, you will receive a pro-rated refund, based on the time remaining on your plan, minus any claims paid.
