What’s the projection of the rod?

There is 3” clearance from the wall to the back of the rod.

Are the rods adjustable or fixed-length?

The rod is custom cut and fixed at the length you select when ordering.

What diameter options are available for the rods?

Shoppe offers a ¾” rod diameter.
What weight can the rods support?

The rods will support drapery panels that are made with a light to medium weight fabric and that are either unlined, privacy lined or blackout lined.
Are the brackets included with the rods?

Yes! A center bracket will be included with rods from 78-150” to ensure proper support.
Can I use these rods for outdoor spaces?

Rods are for interior application only.
How do I install? Can I do it myself?

The rod is simple to install; we advise 2 people for installation. We have an easy to follow guide here to ensure a seamless installation.
What is the lead time?

Rods will ship within 4 weeks of your order date.

What is your return or exchange policy for custom hardware?

Will these rods work with my existing curtains?

Everhem’s Curved Return Drapery Hardware is Rod and Ring style hardware that is made for drapery panels that have pins affixed to them to install into the rod’s rings.
How do I clean and maintain the hardware?
  • After installation, use a Pledge® wipe or similar silicone-based furniture wipe to lightly clean the drapery rod. This will help condition the surface and allow drapery rings to glide smoothly.
  • Gently wipe the rod, removing any dust or debris from installation.
  • Use a soft, dry microfiber cloth or a feather duster to remove dust from the hardware. Regular dusting prevents buildup that may interfere with smooth operation or dull the finish.
  • To keep the drapery rings sliding effortlessly, periodically wipe the rod with a Pledge® wipe or silicone-based furniture wipe. Avoid oil-based sprays or wax products, as they can leave residue or attract dust.
