If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns on select items within 14 days of receipt. Items must be postmarked by the 7th day to be eligible for a refund. Please visit our Returns page to begin a return for your order.
Please note all original shipping charges are non-refundable and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. We recommend all returns be sent insured and with tracking as we cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged products. It is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure the item is adequately packaged for return. Shoppe Amber Interiors cannot accept responsibility for any packages lost, stolen or damaged in transit. Once we receive your item we will process your return and a refund will be issued to either your original payment method or gift card. You will receive an email confirmation once your return has been accepted and your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
All items must be in new, unused condition with any tags still attached and packing intact. Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered may not be accepted and sent back to the customer.

Made to Order Agreement
This serves as a confirmation of your Made to Order item. Please review the following order agreement form as it serves as your final order confirmation. All made to order items are final sale once the order has been placed into production. Payment is made in full at the time the order is placed. If for any reason you wish to cancel, there is a 48-hour grace period between your order and the commencement of production. Once your order has been put into production, no order changes can be made. Once the 48-hour grace period has passed, the order is considered final sale. If you placed this order mistakenly or need to cancel within 48 hours of the time the order was placed, please contact shoppe@shoppeamberinteriors.com or call (888)-670-3689.
Please note that all lead times are approximate and are subject to change. Lead times are strictly quoted as production time only and do not include transit time. Please allow an additional 1-3 weeks for shipment. If multiple items are ordered together, the full order will ship once all items are completed.
Naturally, fabric varies from dye lot to dye lot, so understand (and appreciate) that an exact match cannot be guaranteed. Being that wood finishes are applied by hand, you can expect up to a 10% color variation within the finished product. We suggest ordering samples of our fabrics and finishes ahead of placing an order to confirm your selection.
Due to the handmade nature of these products, dimensions can vary +/- 2 inches. It is up to the buyer to ensure that the finished product will fit inside entry points upon delivery of the item. Shoppe Amber Interiors will not be held responsible if the piece does not fit into the buyer’s home. If this situation occurs, customers are subject to a 20% restocking fee for the returned item pending approval from Shoppe Amber Interiors, in addition to any return shipping costs.
We personally inspect every item to ensure that it meets our quality standards. Shoppe will not be held responsible for any damages after the item(s) have left our showroom/warehouse. It is the responsibility of the recipient to inspect all items before signing the bill of lading or allowing the driver to leave. Should any transit damage be discovered please contact us immediately and notate in thorough detail on the bill of lading. Should you discover any damage after the delivery has been accepted without notating on the bill of lading we will not be able to file a damage claim with the appropriate company. Shoppe will accept responsibility for defective or damaged products if it is determined to be a manufacturing issue.
Backordered Products
Please note if an item is backordered, estimated date of restock will display per item below your chosen selection. These dates are estimates and are subject to change. Estimated backorder dates do not reflect shipping and processing time; please allow an additional 1-3 weeks for your item to ship.
White Glove Information
This service includes items delivered to your home by appointment to your room of choice (including one flight of stairs). Items are unpacked, placed in the area you would like, and lightly assembled. Packaging debris is then removed from your home. Please note that international shipments will be delivered to the door only.
When your item is available for delivery, an agent will contact you to schedule an appointment with a four hour delivery window. Most carriers schedule deliveries Monday through Friday between the hours of 9-5. Rural deliveries may have limited routes and delivery times may take longer than usual.
To prepare for your delivery, you will need to be present for the delivery window and provide a signature at the time of delivery.
Please ensure there is a clear pathway to enter your home so that the delivery team can carefully move the furniture to the room of your choice. Our delivery team is not able to move any existing furniture in your home.

We recommend always using a coaster or trivet to limit exposure to heat, moisture, and acidic compounds. Avoid use of harsh cleaners or abrasive cleaning materials. |

Our wallpapers are sold untrimmed by the linear yard, in continuous bolts of up to 45 yards. |
Why does your wallpaper come untrimmed? |
Untrimmed wallpaper allows installers to have more control when matching seams, allowing for more accuracy when navigating any variances on the surface the paper is being installed upon. |
What are the dimensions of your wallpaper? |
Each style of wallpaper has unique specifications, please refer to the individual product pages for more information. As our wallpaper features untrimmed edges, the trimmed width is the specific measurement for the printed portion of the wallpaper. |
What does it mean when you refer to a wallpaper’s ‘ground’? |
The ‘ground’ is the background of a wallpaper, what the inks of the printed pattern is applied to. |
What does it mean when you refer to a wallpaper’s ‘repeat’? |
The repeat is the distance before a wallpaper’s design pattern repeats itself, measured along both the length and the width of a wallpaper’s ground. |
What do you mean when you reference a wallpaper’s ‘match’? |
The match is how a wallpaper’s design pattern repeats line up. With a straight match, the pattern is meant to match in a horizontal line across adjacent sheets when installed. With an offset match, also known as a drop match, adjacent sheets must alternatively be offset by the distance of its drop difference. |
How much wallpaper should I order? |
If you have the measurements of your walls, you can use our wallpaper calculator to come up with a rough initial estimate. However, we strongly recommend confirming final yardage with your professional wallpaper installer before ordering. Please note that depending on the scale of the wallpaper pattern, this may need to include up to 20-30% overage. As we cannot guarantee against dye-lot variation, please ensure you order enough to complete your project as colors may vary between batches. |
Do you sell half-yards of wallpaper? |
Unfortunately, we are not able to offer half-yards at this time. After confirming final yardage with your professional wallpaper installer, if necessary, we advise rounding up to the next whole yard to avoid the additional expense, lead time, and possible dye-lot variation of a reorder. |
How do I install wallpaper? |
Our wallpaper requires using a professional for installation. |
Can your wallpaper be used on a textured surface? |
All walls must be smooth and clean, as well as free of mildew and stains. If necessary, apply a stain killing primer. Be sure any newly plastered walls have been washed with a zinc sulfate solution, and then sealed with a high-quality primer designed for use on unpainted drywall. Follow up with a high-quality wallcovering primer. |
Can your wallpaper be used in a bathroom? |
Our grasscloth (Margueritte and Laila) and paperweave-putty (Oak) wallpaper grounds are made from non-porous natural materials that can stain if they get wet, and as such, are not recommended for use in damp, high-traffic environments like bathrooms. Our non-woven fiber (Paisley) wallpaper ground, however, is inherently more porous, and so is acceptable for use in bathrooms, provided there is proper ventilation. |
Do your wallpapers have an odor? |
Our wallpapers are digitally printed with odorless water-based inks. Depending on the wallpaper’s ground, each style is either VOC-free, or meets AgBB criteria for low-VOC emissions. Please refer to individual product pages for more information. |
Is your wallpaper eco-friendly? |
Our wallpapers meet high standards of environmental responsibility, featuring both UL GREENGUARD GOLD certification for low chemical emissions and IL ECOLOGO certification for reduced environmental impact. Additionally, our non-woven fiber grounds are FSC Certified, for responsible use of forest resources as certified by a third party, while our grasscloth grounds are sustainably made from renewable materials that are completely biodegradable at the end of their life cycle. |
Are your wallpapers fire-rated? |
Our wallpapers are Class A Fire-Rated, based on ASTM-E84 standard testing for smoke generation and flame spread. |
Can you provide more information on where your wallpaper is made? |
Our wallpapers are made in the USA, by a small family-owned and operated printer in Connecticut. |
Can I cancel, exchange, or return my order? |
All wallpapers orders are considered final sale, and cannot be returned, exchanged, or modified. No cancellations are permitted once the order is placed. |
Do you offer wallpaper samples? |
Swatches will be available to order in mid-February. |
